PROGRAM REMOVES YES RESPONSES TO RMD STATUS ON DISTRIBUTIONS. IS THIS A CODING ERROR?

hard to tell, it's been the same way for many years.

...anytime you Edit a 1099-R, some of the followup questions reset because it doesn't know ahead of time exactly why you are editing the form....so you have to carefully re-answer some questions all over again.  IF you get it right, don't re-visit unless you think you mis-answered some of the questions.
