If one of my 1099--R info on Federal form is not transferred to State form, what do i do?

Federal form includes three 1099r forms i received. MA STATE form includes only two

the code Box 7 controls whether your state return is affected.

Could also be related to the box 2a $$ amount on one of them...and whether you indicated all of box 1 was taxable, or only part of box 1 was taxable, back where you entered it in the Federal section.
