I was an Uber driver in 2020. But my Social security earnings shown 0. Where in my 2020 tax return can I find what in fact was contributed to my social security?

I want to correct my social security earnings record.

Did you pay Self-Employment taxes on the 2020 tax return?  Those payments include the SS taxes paid along with Medicare taxes paid.

Look at your Form 1040 Line 23  and Schedule 2 Line 4 and Schedule SE (if the SE taxes were included in your 2020 return).

I did not received the form, because my earnings were low. I did file Schedule C though.  Line 31 on my 2020 tax return, Schedule C showed loss. Does this mean that nothing was contributed to the social security?

If you did not have a net profit from the self-employment then no Self-Employment taxes would be assessed so nothing was contributed to SS for your self-employment.

Did you receive 1099-NEC from Uber?  If so, you are self-employed, and must file Schedule C. In it, you pay SE tax for Social Security and Medicare.
