I need to revise the estimated tax for 2020 as my rmd payments will not be included in my 2020 return and they are a substantial part of my reportable income.

You can go into the program and enter your expected information for 2020 and the program will generate and adjust your estimates if needed.

Go to the federal interview section.

Select Other Tax Situations
Select Other Tax Forms
Select Form W-4 and Estimated Taxes
Proceed to answer the questions as applicable
Based upon your answers, the program will determine you need to make any additional estimated tax payments or not
