I'm unable to add/edit my 1099-R. although it needs review no choice seems to allow the entry

Click on the view form icon next to the form to edit it.   Click on Add another 1099-R to start a new form entry.    If you are in the Review section, exit and return to the Wages & Income section to edit your forms.    When you click the view form icon, you will page through the entry screens again where you can make any necessary changes.
