According to the following TurboTax Article, it looks like this issue has been resolved. From your post It looks like you are using the Online version. I would suggest closing out of TurboTax and clear your cache and delete cookies. Then do a reboot and sign back into your TurboTax account.

I did clear cache and delete cookies and it is still populating
