Many people have asked this question and I've seen people say when you file and input your 1099-R Turbotax will ask if this was from the cares act or something along those lines, but I've had no such option. I just tried to re-add it and same thing it's not there. There is also another form apparently I need that hasn't been released because I do qualify for the cares act withdrawal, but I just wanted to have my filing ready correctly so I can just add that when it's released and be done.
Also, I was reading that you can claim your distributions for this over the next 3 years? Is that true? Can I claim $0 this year and pay half next year and the remaining half the following year or does it need to be split evenly?

Okay thank you. I thought I was crazy missing the option.
