can't enter 1099R

Cannot enter any of my 1099R forms

Since we can not see your tax return, I am assuming that you can not import any of your 1099-R forms.  Please provide additional information about your current input problem(s).

You can import or upload your 1099-R, or manually enter the information yourself.

Enter/Update/Delete a 1099-R:

1. Open or continue your return.
2. Under Federal tab, Click on Personal Income (or enter "1099r" in the Search box, then click the "jump to 1099r" link).
3. Scroll down to Retirement  Plans and Social Security section, and Click on Start/Update.
4. Import/Enter your information.

Here's how to navigate to the 1099-R section:

• TurboTax Online/Mobile: Go to 1099-R.
• TurboTax Desktop: Select Search Topics. Search for and select 1099-R.

You may also try closing your return, and restarting your PC and the program.
