After I retired the company gave me my last vehicle. Should that be reported on the w-2 which brings in SSI or another way?

Please clarify what you mean when you say

"They then adjusted my Fed and State withholding to cover SSI."

You might ask your former employer if they intend to issue a 1099 to you for the value of the vehicle.

They reduced my withholding on fed and state on the w-2 to cover SSi withholding.
