I bought up 5 additional years of pension with my after-tax money. Can't find anywhere to deduct that.

You can't deduct that. The pension will keep track of it and when you start taking the pension part of it will be tax free. My husband did that with his state of california pension.

I electronically filed my 2025 using turbo tax for my wife and I and had $112,361 in Pension payments, $106371 taxable, and $58056 in Social Security zero taxable.
