If you mean for import then that is up to the financial institution. Many will mail the forms early but not make them available for import until later. Charles Schwab for example has already mailed my forms but the import will not be available until Feb 14.

Paper 1099's do not mean that the electronic tax imports are available.

Give it a few days...don't be the first to test any import bugs that might happen.

My desktop software indicated 31 Jan, but my Fidelity account says 18 FEB !
