One member of the LLC is a trust using member's social security no. Program looking for a FEIN. Used SSN 's last year with no problem

Probably a grantor trust where an EIN is not always necessary.  Both numbers are 9 digits.  Just enter the SS#.  While it will obviously have the dash after two digits, it will be correct.  Not the first K-1 that is reflected this way.
