SSA Tax Withholding

My husband voluntarily has income tax withheld from his Social Security payments and it shows on his SSA 1099 but Turbo Tax did not ask me about that. Where do I enter those tax payments?

On the same screen you entered the SSA-1099.  Its in box 6.  See this screen shot.  Box 6 is right below box 5 where he entered the amount.
