On review I keep getting the message" 1099-R payers zip- Either state or country code is required. I have 2 1099-Rs. Both are correct. However, I an unable to proceed. What is next step?

The two-letter State abbreviation may be incorrect, which then affects the zip code.

Type '1099r' in the Search window and 'Jump to 1099R' to get to the 1099-R Summary (screenshot).

From here you can Edit the entry in question, or Delete/Re-Enter the 1099-R.
