My federal tax gives a refund and I have not paid taxes. the refund is exact amount that I received as my Social Security benefit for the year

this is my social security checks not stimulous.
THAT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH IT. I received social security each month, now you are saying they are doubling it. I have not paid any taxes to get this back.
Maybe I will call IRS TOMORROW

Sounds like you entered your SS benefit amount in box 5 also in box 6 for withholding .  Delete your SSA-1099 and re enter it.

Enter a SSA-1099, SSA-1099-SM or RRB-1099  under

Federal Taxes on the left side or top

Wages and Income

Then scroll down to Retirement Plans and Social Security

Then the second line - Social Security (SSA-1099. RRB-1099) - click the Start or Revisit  button

Do you have any other income?  If you only get ssi or SS or SSDI  it is not taxable and you do not have to file a return.  And there is no benefit in claiming dependents or deductions.   Unless you have federal income taxes withheld from the benefits or you get health care insurance through one of the state marketplace exchanges and receive a Form 1095-A then you need to file a tax return.
