I was told she took out taxes and I asked her before I got hired if I had to sign a 1099 form and she told me no.. I didn’t understand why federal and state taxes weren’t taken out and I only worked for her for about 6 months only made 200 a week and on my W-2 it claims I made 7213 but how is that possible and she won’t help me she told me she did what she had to do and that’s it ...

If you feel your W-2 is incorrect, try to reconcile your weekly paychecks received. Review your bank statements or add up all of your paystubs. If the numbers do not match your W-2, show your findings to your employer and ask for a Corrected W-2.
If you claimed any exemptions on Line 5 of your W-4, then it's possible that federal income tax would not be withheld. Single taxpayers are not taxed on the first $10,400 of W-2 income. So, if your total income for 2017 is $7,213, you will not pay federal income tax. The state tax will depend on the state where you live.
If you have children or attend college, you will still want to file a tax return as you may be eligible for tax credits and get a refund.
Or, if you are at least age 25 but under age 65, you may qualify for the Earned Income Tax Credit.
