My 1099-DIV has two separate entries (two different funds with separate Fed ID #'s. Can I just put one entry of the total or do I treat it as two 1099's?

There is no single Fed ID # for the two funds.  They each have their own.  Does that require two separate entries.

Enter them as separate 1099s. This is a common practice for brokerages and similar financial firms.
