I received 2 1099-R. One is for pension payment monthly with medical insurance premiums deducted (after tax). The other was a qualified rollover from 457b to IRA. No insurance premium deducted. The program is filling in the med deduction on both 1099-R. In effect doubling my deduction reflected on Schedule A. Why is that number duplicated?

If TurboTax is picking up your Medical Insurance Premiums from your 1099-R, are you entering the amount again under Medical Expenses?
When you enter a 1099-R with an amount in Box 5, TurboTax should ask how much of this amount is for Insurance Premiums.
In TurboTax Desktop, you can EDIT your Form 1099-R in FORMS mode to delete the incorrect Box 5 entry. In TurboTax Online, you could Delete/Re-Enter the incorrect 1099-R.
Click this link for info on How to Delete a Form in TurboTax Online.
Since we can't see your return in this forum, please let us know if this does not resolve your issue.
Deleting both 1099 R data and then re-entering each one worked. I put in the qualified roll over first, so no med insurance question didn't apply. Thanks!
