Look for the Retirement Plan box on your W2. If it is checked, that means your employer offers a retirement plan. This is considered "covered" by a plan, even if you did not participate.
You may have checked that box on the W2 screen by accident. (see screenshot)
If removing it doesn't work, try deleting the entire W2 and then re-entering it manually.
