I finished importing my w2. TurboTax said my income is 10,232.20, which is correct. I am now on the "Your Income" screen which says 10,232.00. 20c off. Should I move on?

Just continue on. The screen you are viewing drops any cents when showing the income. It will round down if the cents are less than $0.50 or round up if $0.50 or more.
