It says accepted by TurboTax n looks like I shall get my refund by 3/9/2024 but when I look it up on line it's not saying accepted yet who do I believe

It can take anywhere from a couple of days to a few weeks before the status is updated on the IRS website.  

Since your returns are showing as accepted within TurboTax, this mean your return has sucessfully been transmitted to the IRS.  Therefore, the IRS has your return in their system to process.
