It depends. The actual 1099 forms do not need to be submitted with the return if you e-file your return. BUT you do need to have all the information that is on the forms in order to file your taxes correctly. So if you have a copy (photo) of the data from them to load, that should work. You will want to be sure you have all the information that is on the forms and what information is in each of the appropriate boxes. Having an error reject the return or having to amend for an error would be a lot of extra time for your return to be processed.
