I retired March 31st 2016. My wife is on disability and has not worked any of 2016. I have not worked since retirement. I am currently 65 years old. My birthday is April 15th. The IRS says I cannot earn more than $15,800 in 2016 because I am not at full retirement age. My income for 2016 is at 76K which includes money from my IRA (not company contributions), Social Security and money from my employer for the 3 months I worked before retirement which also includes short term incentives and bonus. My question is, "Is there a form I need to submit to the IRS to prove I did not earn any income after my retirement date". Thank you.

No there is no form that goes to IRS for this. 

This requirement is actually Social Security about the income earned prior to full retirement age.  If Social Security inquires about this, you may have to just show them your retirement date from your job, but there is nothing to do, unless they ask.
