Is Oregon Saves a ""SIMPLE Roth IRA plan?

Apparently so - "Participants saving through Oregon Saves beneficially own and have control over their Roth IRAs," from the Oregon Saves website.

However, this is a more appropriate question for Oregon Saves, in case they have options that we don't know about.
