Each has its own data entry area in the TT program, and end up on different lines on your tax return. There are many types of 1099 form (1099-R, 1099-INT, 1099-B, 1099-DIV, etc), so which one do you mean?
However, disability pensions shown on Form 1099-R, if you haven’t reached the minimum retirement age set by your employer, does end up on Form 1040, Line 1 as Wages. If you are concerned that Line 1 is wrong, check all of your data entry carefully (especially commas and decimals).
