IRS challenges 2021 Tax Return which failed to account for any Social Secuirity income.

Tax owed via this omission is listed at $7893; penalty, $1579; and interest, $585; totalling, $10,057.  If I agree with the IRS computation, I would be required to make payment by May 10, 2023.  I look to Turbotax to shoulder a level of responsability under its assurance of completeness and accuracy of filing assistance.
