In filing my Unemployment 1099-G, I noticed that Turbo Tax asks me to input Box 4 Federal Income Tax, but Box 4 on my form is State Tax. Just want to double check here.

Then when I go to fill out my State Tax I can't figure out how to add the State Tax withholding.

Here is the official Form 1099-G. You can see on page 2,  box 4 is federal tax withheld. Please check out our Unemployment resources for your 2020 taxes which includes a link on entering unemployment. 1099G is also used for gambling, state, and local refunds.
