I worked as a Freelancer for a company in 2023. They won't give me a 1099-K form but say I'm responsible for reporting my income to the IRS. What form do I use to do so?

When I worked for the company I made roughly 5,500. That's not the exact number but I have access to the amount I made and the corresponding information on the company's platform for filing the paperwork.

The company won't send me a 1099-K form because they claim I didn't make enough while working with them.  I've never filed taxes without having the corresponding paperwork, so I'm unsure how to proceed or which forms I should use.

You will need to use Schedule C Business Income and Expenses to report your income from freelance work.  Since you were not their employee, you are considered to be self-employed through your own business.  You can enter your income as 'cash' without needing any tax form showing the amount.  You can use your own records to determine the amount of income that you had.
