I’ve been on SSDI for over 18 years & I’m being asked about a Drs info… I don’t recall the info needed. I’m trying to fill out the schedule H form. What should I do now?

This is all needed for taxes.

If your Social Security Disability benefits Is the Only income you received in 2024 and there were no federal taxes withheld from the benefits then there is no reason for you to file a 2024 tax return.

Why are you trying to complete an IRS Schedule H, Household Employment Taxes?

Just started having taxes taken out last year and I’m just seeing if it’s worth it to continue doing so.

You only need to enter the Form SSA-1099 that you received from the Social Security Administration on your federal tax return and enter the amount of federal taxes withheld, shown on box 6 of the form.

To enter Social Security benefits reported on form SSA-1099

Click on Federal Taxes (Personal using Home and Business)
Click on Wages and Income (Personal Income using Home and Business)
Click on I'll choose what I work on (if shown)
Scroll down to Retirement Plans and Social Security
On Social Security (SSA-1099, RRB-1099), click the start or update button

Where exactly are you "being asked about a Drs info"? You use the federal Schedule H if you hire someone as an employee in your home. Do you have a household employee? Or are you asking about a state Schedule H? If so, what state is it? Every state has different forms and rules.

"Just started having taxes taken out last year and I’m just seeing if it’s worth it to continue doing so."

Do you mean that you are having federal tax withheld from your Social Security Disability Income (SSDI)? If SSDI is your only income there is no reason to have tax withheld because none of the income is taxable. Did you file a 2024 tax return? If so, did you get a refund of the full amount of tax that was withheld? There was no need to have any tax withheld if it was all refunded.
