I set up a payment plan with the state. I selected that with turbo tax and it looks like the entire amount is coming out of my account now. Please help. What do I do?

What state are you in?

Most states offer an installment payment plan as well, although the procedure varies from state to state. You can contact your state Department of Revenue for details.
