I recently took a withdrawal from my 401k due to COVID. I am in the process of completing my taxes and when i get to end to e-file its telling me to fix New York Return.

That section of the program is just recently updated  soooo...   if you completed the NY interview some time ago then you will need to revisit all the  NY interview screens so the federal information can be carried to the state correctly.   It may be easier to delete the NY return and start it again from scratch.

Well you will need to wait until those sections are functional ... try again each day until that error goes away.
