You'll need to sign in or create an account to connect with an expert.
You will only get one (1099R), if you did a rollover of funds during 2016, or took a distribution (money taken out) during the year.
If you did either one of these, contact them and ask for one.
You will really need this information to correctly do your taxes.

There is no way TurboTax can get the Form 1099-R for you. You must contact the plan administrator and request the Form 1099-R or they may have the form available on their website.
You should be able to log into yoru account separately, through your normal account login access, and get a PDF download of that form, and any other tax forms that may be available within that account..
So many people have gone to entirely electronic distribution of all their notices, documents, reports and forms, they sometimes forget they need to go into their account to get the copies of their forms.
