I'm trying to enter another 1099R from an institution they don't recognize, Thrift Savings Plan

Scroll down and click on Skip Import or Enter my form another way. Then choose Ill type it in myself. You will be able to manually enter the form. Where do I enter a 1099-R?

Hi, Turbotax won't recognize my federal credit union or its sign-in URL in order to enter 33 cents interest on a savings acct. No option to edit/enter it manually. WTD?
