I'm at the 1099-R section. This was my husband's pension and I inherited it. TT says "when was this person born"? Does that mean my husband (deceased) or me?

Your husband, because it was his pension. TurboTax needs this information to determine if the pension was subject to required minimum distributions (RMD).
