I have read online to put this in a schedule C, but I don't do it as a self-employed business and I never intended to make money from it.
I am using the Mac version of TurboTax and am having trouble finding where/how to enter this in.
Thank you in advance!

It's correct that this is Self-Employment income. You would have to enter it under Business Income and Expenses, in wages and income. It's not so much that you started a business, it's really a form that allows the IRS to tax you in a different way in order to collect social security and medicare tax on your earnings. The IRS considers you self-employed, even if you don't.
You'll be asked if you received any 1099-MISC forms and you can say No, and then you'll be asked to enter the income that wasn't on a 1099.
Don't get too stressed by all the questions, you'll say no to most, and can just say you use your name and address for your business. If you buy any kind of supplies to help you do this, you can deduct those as expenses. If you have more questions as you go along, just enter them as you go.
