I have withholdings reported on my 1099-B, line 4. Where do I enter those withholdings in TurboTax?

Withholdings are reported as line 4 on my 1099-B.  But TurboTax only asks about gains/losses and doesn't allow me to add the withholdings. Should I add these as additional estimated tax payments?
