i have not got the1099-R yet let me know wheh you sent it to me so i can look for it

Your 1099-R is sent to you by your plan issuer, it does not come from TurboTax.

...and some providers might only have them as PDF downloads from their own accounts page.

So if you have a user account at whoever is supposed to be providing the 1099-R, you might get it by logging in their website (entirely separately from TTX), and downloading the PDF form of the 1099-R.
