I have entered all data as received on the 1099-R. Box 14 for State Distribution is blank. Program will not let me proceed with E-filing for NY State. How do I proceed?

For some reason, NY software has a problem with that box being blank, but other states don't.

Copy box 1 into box 14 and it will go thru, according to others with this exact same problem
