I had two different employees in the year, and I paid too much Social Security Tax. Does Turbo Tax take that into account? Do I have to file separately for a refund?

Look at line 11 of your Schedule 3.  If there is an amount there, then you claimed to have paid excess Social Security.   If you entered two or more W-2's with Social Security withheld, add up the total amounts from box 4 on them.

For 2024----do they add to more than    $10,453.20      ?

If so, the excess amount will go from Schedule 3 to line 31 of your Form 1040.
