I got two 1099-R forms from the same company. One for money given to a charity, one did not. Do I enter the 1099-R for the charity or how do I handle it so not taxed?

The charity was a QCD.

Yes enter both of them.  After you enter it (maybe after all the 1099R) it will ask if you made any QCD and amount.  The total gross amount will be on 1040 line 4a and the taxable amount on 4b with QCD written by it.  You have to report it or the IRS will think its taxable and say you missed it.

After you enter the 1099-R you have to continue through the interview screen by screen. The questions in TurboTax don't use the term "QCD." One of the screens asks whether you transferred any of the distribution to charity. After you enter the information you will get a confirmation screen that says it is designated as a QCD. That's the only place that you will actually see the term QCD.
