I had a problem with the Dependent Care section when I started it before I entered both W-2s. It kept asking me if I was disabled or a full time student and wouldn't ask me for my daycare expenses, which didn't make sense. I realized I had to make sure both me and my spouse's W-2 were added, had to go delete the Dependent Care Section (Form 2441) which I had previously started, and re-went through that section. It then asked me for daycare expenses and corrected itself. See if that's the problem if you both worked and had eligible expenses?
Hi @CatinaT1
Do you know how I can enter "Dependent Care Expenses"? I don't have see that option on the mac desktop software, unless I or myself is marked as student or disabled.
Did you not enter a dependent in the MY INFO tab ? If you don't claim the dependent then you cannot use the form 2441 at all and all of the FSA will be added to your income.
