I contributed $8000 to a rollover IRA in 2024(I am >50). Does this get reported as a traditional IRA?
There is nothing different about a rollover IRA than a regular IRA. It is simply that a rollover IRA was started with a rollover from a different plan. That has no effect on any of the other rules related to IRA contributions or withdrawals.
