No. There is no tax benefit for that use of IRA funds.None at all.

Unless you have documented this as being a loan (in which case you are required to pay taxes on actual interest that you receive from this loan or imputed interest, whichever is greater), this is a gift from you to your fiancé.  If you gifted more than $14,000 to your fiancé in 2016, you must file a gift tax return (Form 709).
