I cannot enter multiple 1099-SA forms from 1099-SA Summary page. When I do, the second entry overwrites the first entry. How do I enter multiple 1099-SA forms?

On the 1099-SA summary page, click on + Add.   It is underneath the Total line.   Don't edit the form you already entered; add a new one instead.

Thank you DawnC for the reply. However, proposed solution did not work. When I click + Add below the Total line under the 1098-SA Summary, and proceed to enter new information into the available fields, my first set of information is over-written. I cannot seem to be able to enter two 1099-SA forms.  Thank you.

The workaround (this is apparently just a tax year 2025 issue), is to delete the 1099-SA you have already entered, and to start over.

To delete the 1099-SA that you have already entered, do the following:

*** Desktop/Windows***

1. go to View (at the top), choose Forms, and

2. select the desired form 1099-SA and delete it. Note the Delete Form button at the bottom of the screen.

*** Online ***

1. go to Tax Tools (on the left), and navigate to Tools->Delete a form

2. delete form(s) 1099-SA

3. go back and re-add your 1099-SAs preferably adding them manually

4. go back and redo the entire HSA interview....

If you have a Desktop/Mac environment and can't figure out how to delete a form, come back and ask.
