I am unsure where to list my physical therapy. Since I did not make payment to an individual should it be listed under payments to Medical Facilities.

My question has to do with the fact that my payment was made to a physical therapy clinic and not to the individual that handled my therapy. I have a similar question regarding my co-pay for doctor's visits.  The co-pay is made out to a medical clinic and not to the individual doctor.  Would this still be listed under Fees to Medical Professionals.

The questions asked in TurboTax are only to ensure that you include everything that can be included. The IRS makes no distinction between categories. You could enter it under payments made to doctors or under payments made to medical facilities. However, it sounds more likely to align with payments made to a medical facility.

In the end, it is the total amount of medical expenses that matter. Just be sure not to enter anything twice.
