I am filling out block 15 for a 1099R and the drop down doesn't have Washington State. How Do I Fix This?

I started to fill it in, and when I put in a W it put in West Virginia

I am filling out block 15 for a 1099R and the drop down doesn't have Washington State. How Do I Fix This?

WA has no state income tax so it does not appear in certain drop down menus Leave it blank.
