You might have an empty 1099-G that transferred in from last year's file
Online Users
Get into your tax return...then go to the left-side menu:
<Tax Tools
<<Tools
then form a pop-up menu<<<Delete a form
scan the list of forms to find and delete the 1099-G, then scroll down to the bottom of the list to hit the return button.
Desktop Users
Can do similar by just going to Forms Mode to open and delete an existing..not-needed 1099-G
