You go to TurboTax.com. When you start adding your information the system will upgrade you to the version you need to use. Also I am including the way to add the NR4etNR4(OAS) to your return

Newly retired..my pension took out taxes first year automatic like I thought would always happen then the next year no taxes came out sent us a w-4p after the fact ?
