If you wish to delete an entry on your return.
Log into your account and select "continue my return"
Once in the return, click on "My Account"
click on "Tools"
click on "Delete a Form"
A list of all forms currently being used for your return will appear. Scroll down the list and pick the correct form.
If the entry is not a form, go to the entry and change the incorrect information.

Just go to My Account >Scroll down to Save & Sign Out. That will save your return and allow to come back later to finish the return.

I regret that the payments for the TurboTax fees are not going through. You have to have the Personal Information match the billing address on the credit card: 1.Go to Personal Information match the billing address to the one on the credit card. 2.Go to the payment screen, put in the credit card. 3.After you do the charge for the fees.(accepted). 4.Go to the Personal Information screen, Change the address to what you use for the return. Also be aware that the charges that are not going through are also "pending" and will fall off with in 24-72 hours.

I regret you are getting this message.
You will need to delete and redo your state taxes. You can perform this by clicking State Taxes, then Prepare You State, then clicking the Delete option next to it. At that point you can start over and select your state. Go through the process of completing your state return again. This should solve the problem.
I have also found that if you have two state returns, you need to delete one state, file one state, then go back and file the second state. This may help also

Here is the link to find the information for the state to be filed an extension. In regard to your state return: Some states will piggyback off the federal extension, so there's no additional state form to file. Other states require you to submit their own extension forms. TurboTax will walk you thru the state extension as well as the federal process to ensure you follow the requirements of your state. Yes, you can e-file your return even if you paper file the extension. However, keep in mind that you can conveniently efile your extension using TurboTax by going here.
