Hi,
I made contribution for traditional IRA $2000 in 2019 and $4000 in April 2020 and convert the total $6000 to Backdoor Roth IRA in April 2020. I have filed my 2019 tax in FEB 2020. I didn't report the $2000 non-deductible traditional IRA when I filed in FEB 2020. Since I made more contribution and made the conversion, do I need to file an amendment? If I need to file an amendment, I didn't receive 1099-R form yet and I don't know whether I will receive one. How do I amend my filing without an 1099-R form? Thank you.

This will all be reported on your 2020 return. You do not need to file an amendment.
If you did not report the $2,000 as elected non-deductible, you are missing Form 8606 on your 2019 tax return.
Generally you file Form 1040X to add or correct information on an already filed tax return.
